Stover Animal Rescue, Inc.

We are an all volunteer nonprofit (501(c)3) dog and cat rescue organization funded completely by donations. We do this work because we love animals and believe volunteers benefit as much as the animals do from their work together. We hope to make a difference in our community by saving and improving the lives of animals, and promoting kindness and volunteerism for all.

Meet Possum

Hello there everyone! My name is Possum and I am super excited to meet my furever humans! Could it be you? Did you see my latest picture? I tried my best to pose like a handsome good boy so my new family would smile and know that I am their kitty as soon as they see it! The people here at the rescue take very good care of me but I am ready to find my human furever family. I am very affectionate, and love being petted, toys and treats so hopefully you will play with me a lot when we get to my new home! I can hardly wait to see you so please come see me soon! Waiting for you to adopt me, counting the days until you are here..... Love, Possum

Adoption Process
Fees are $130 for dogs/puppies; $60 for cats/kittens with spay/neuter, microchip, and immunizations appropriate for age. We personally interview and require completed applications (and a home visit may be needed) before having an adoption contract signed.
