The Cat Network, Inc.

The Cat Network is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c)3, no-kill and life-enhancing cat rescue group. Since 1991, we have rescued and placed thousands of abandoned, abused, stray and shelter cats and kittens in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. After their rescue, the cats and kittens are provided medical care, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered. Cats and kittens are kept in foster care and then placed in loving permanent homes whenever possible.

Meet Jack Frost

Jack Frost will melt your heart! Playful and energetic, he gets along well with cats, dogs and children. This black and white tuxedo wearing fella likes belly scratches and playing with toys. When in a snuggly mood, he’ll nestle in at your neck. He has been fostered with his sister, two other cats, and a small dog. He especially likes being near the other cats in the house. He was born around 10/1/22.

Adoption Process
Potential adopters must fill out an application. Once the application is approved, the adoption fee is $150 for kittens 6 mos and under and $125 for over 6 mos. This includes all age appropriate shots, spay/neuter, microchip and combo/snap test.
