Meet Butterbean

Butterbean is one of the most affectionate cats we've met in a long time! In fact, his name is Butterbean because of his constant headbutts. He absolutely loves to snuggle with his human--whether it's in bed, on the couch, or while you work. He is a chatty guy who likes to play and eat, but will drop everything to be cuddled and held. We LOVE him, and you will too! We found Butterbean during another rescue project in Crown Heights. While calling for the other kitty, Butterbean responded to our call with a loud meow and walked up to us for instant snuggles. He was confirmed homeless by the neighbors and we couldn't leave him out there. He's been nothing but grateful since his rescue. He is negative for FeLV and positive for FIV but asymptomatic -- meaning, he will need the same annual vet care and healthy diet as any FIV- cat. Adoption Process
We have an adoption application, an adoption fee to help us recoup a small portion of our vet bills and expenses and an adoption agreement.
