Meet Cosmo

Cosmo, DSH, Orange Tabby with White, Male neutered, 2 years old Cosmo is such a very handsome boy!  He has a very calm and gentle personality. Cosmo is FIV positive.  While cats that test positive for this can live long healthy lives, it is recommended that they either be adopted as the only cat in the home, or into a home that has other cats with FIV.  Please call our facility for more information, 609-978-0127.      ***Our Southern Ocean County Animal Facility is currently closed for renovations.  Please visit our adoptable pets at our temporary location: 20 Collinstown Road, Barnegat NJ 08005.  Please call 609-978-0127 for more information.***   Before any cat or kitten gets adopted they are spayed or neutered, micro chipped and up to date on shots. All members of the household must meet the cat and the adopter must provide proof of either home ownership or a lease with a pet policy allowing cats.  To meet our cats visit them at the shelter. We are open for adoptions between 1 o'clock and 4 o'clock every day including weekends.

Adoption Process
Cats $55, Dogs $60; All pets available for adoption are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and receive a general health exam from our veterinarian. To adopt you must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid form of ID, present proof of home ownership, or a lease/rental agreement with a clearly stated pet policy. All members of the household must come in to meet the pet prior to adoption. If looking to adopt dog, and currently have dogs, they must also come in to do a meet.
