Meet Lyra

Lyra, moo-cow kitten with pretty yellow eyes.  She is a very sweet girl and LOVES being pet & scratched BUT is still very shy and not yet fully trusting.  She was very close with her sister Luna who was recently adopted so would love to go to a home with another friendly kitty who can continue to help her feel safe and gain confindence.   Lyra is a good kitten with no poor habits.  She uses her litter, doesn't scratch or meow.  She will need a quiet home with a lot of love to help build her trust and confidence.  However, she loves other kitties and once she relaxes purrs like a motor when being pet.   Lyra is about 6 months old and healthy. She is spayed and microchipped, tested fiv-/felv-, is up to date on vaccines and is ready for the right home where she can continue to thrive and come out of her shell!. If you would like to schedule a meet & greet with Lyra, please go to our application here: https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/. Make sure you navigate to Lyra, then identify Claire as the RESCUER and fill out the form! Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel. Every dime goes to saving the next homeless angel on the street.

Adoption Process
We have an adoption application, an adoption fee to help us recoup a small portion of our vet bills and expenses and an adoption agreement.
