Freya, Persian mix, Orange and White, Female spayed, 2 years old Freya can be a little on the timid side at first, but she warms up quickly when you give her some time. She enjoys getting lots of pets. ***Our Southern Ocean County Animal Facility is currently closed for renovations. Please visit our adoptable pets at our temporary location: 20 Collinstown Road, Barnegat NJ 08005. Please call 609-978-0127 for more information.*** Before any cat or kitten gets adopted they are spayed or neutered, micro chipped and up to date on shots. All members of the household must meet the cat and the adopter must provide proof of either home ownership or a lease with a pet policy allowing cats. To meet our cats visit them at the shelter. We are open for adoptions between 1 o'clock and 4 o'clock every day including weekends.
Adoption Process
Cats $55, Dogs $60; All pets available for adoption are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and receive a general health exam from our veterinarian. To adopt you must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid form of ID, present proof of home ownership, or a lease/rental agreement with a clearly stated pet policy. All members of the household must come in to meet the pet prior to adoption. If looking to adopt dog, and currently have dogs, they must also come in to do a meet.
