Meet KC Sunshine

Meet KC Sunshine! She’s looking for a foster or adopter!!  This girl is a true to her name and a ball of sunshine ! We found her when she had been tossed outside and left to fend for herself. When one of our volunteers spotted her, she scooped her up . She was so sick, her gums were white and she was anemic . We didn’t think she was going to make it . We provided her with needed veterinary care and she perked back up!?Fast forward to today , and KC has healed beautifully and is ready for her forever home that will never abandon her. She’s sweet as sugar and loves to be pet , and play!  Shes healthy now , spayed , negative for FIV and FIV and about 1 year old!  To give KC Sunshine the home she’s always deserved email [email protected] or call Joan at (718) 671-1695 

Adoption Process
We wish to place cats only in secure, safe, stable, loving homes, and we are very careful in our review of the applications. Potential Pet-parents fill out an Adoption Application, we review the application, call the applicant, schedule a time for them to visit our cats. We check their references, call their veterinarian, and verify that their backup person who would take the cats if something happened to the adopter is on board. Then a Foster Agreement is completed. When all parties are happy, after about 2 weeks, we have the finalized Adoption Agreement sent to us.
