Meet The fisherman kittens! Nemo, Dory, Minnow, Pearl
Meet Nemo, Dory, Pearl, and Minnow – a playful group of 10-week-old kittens looking for their forever homes! They got their cute fishy names in honor of the fisherman in the Bronx who alerted us to them. They have been fostered and socialized with love by a family with older children in Tarrytown , NY . Please read the below and understand at a minimum if not being adopted in pairs , these playful kittens need a young cat friend at home that would love to play too. They’re so playful so we want to set them up for success and happiness! Nemo, the orange boy, is a purring machine and the life of the party. Outgoing and social, he loves playing with both humans and other cats and is especially fond of chasing toy mice. He can be adopted with any of his littermates! Dory, the tuxedo girl, has recently discovered the joy of purring and adores back scratches. She’s curious, outgoing, and always exploring her surroundings. She can be adopted with any of her littermates! Pearl, the white girl, is blossoming beautifully; she’s learned to trust and loves pets. She’s the most enthusiastic with string toys but also entertains herself in the most adorable ways. She can be adopted with Nemo or Dory! Finally, Minnow, the little tabby girl, is more reserved but loves toys and mealtime, where she happily accepts pets. While she might not be the cuddliest JUST yet , her sweet and playful nature will still capture your heart and she’s sure to come around with one of her buddies, she can be adopted with Nemo or Dory! If you're looking to add love and fun to your home, these kittens would make wonderful companions! All kittens have their initial fvrcp vaccines and deworming . They will be spayed /neutered when of appropriate age (in coordination with adopter) Adoption fee includes spay/neuter , initial fvrcp and rabies vaccines , and microchip.
Adoption Process
We wish to place cats only in secure, safe, stable, loving homes, and we are very careful in our review of the applications. Potential Pet-parents fill out an Adoption Application, we review the application, call the applicant, schedule a time for them to visit our cats. We check their references, call their veterinarian, and verify that their backup person who would take the cats if something happened to the adopter is on board. Then a Foster Agreement is completed. When all parties are happy, after about 2 weeks, we have the finalized Adoption Agreement sent to us.
