Say "ho ho ho" to Mrs. Claws! This beautiful Maine Coon mix sweetheart was spotted hanging around the garage of one of our foster's parents in upstate NY. But she wasn't alone! She had seven little fluffball kittens in tow. Back in December, our foster and his family trapped Mrs. Claws' kittens one by one, which made it easier to eventually lure mama inside and out of the cold as well. After the kittens were weaned, they were all quickly adopted, leaving their pretty mama and one last kitten (Jingle Bella - listed separately) looking for a furrever home. Mrs. Claws is an easygoing, gorgeous girl who likes to chat, loves to eat and enjoys affection and attention! She was a great mama and is a perfect sweet kitty. She enjoys the company of other cats and would be happy to have a kitty companion (maybe her daughter Jingle Bella), but she also would be fine as your only pet. Mrs. Claws is about one year old. She is spayed and microchipped, is up to date on vaccinations, and has tested FIV and FeLV negative. As a special breed, Mrs. Claws' adoption fee is $250. **Please also note that while her long fur makes for a beautiful look, it does require additional care: daily to weekly brushings, eye cleanings and potentially professional grooming. If you would like to meet Mrs. Claws, please fill out our application here: https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/ . Make sure you click on Mrs. Claws, then identify CLAIRE as the RESCUER and fill out the form! Thank you for considering a rescued angel! Every dime goes to save another homeless kitty on the street.
