Meet Bagel

Meet Bagel, a sweet and curious tabby kitten! Though she started her life on the streets of Bed-Stuy, Bagel has quickly adapted to indoor life. She enjoys both playtime – especially with a wand toy! – and peaceful naps in her bed or by the window, watching birds and squirrels go by. One thing she’s certainly drawn to are sunbeams, where you can frequently find her dreaming about dinnertime. Bagel’s most unique qualities are her meows, which are actually more like little adorable “eek eek” chirps! She will use them to get your attention, especially if you’ve got treats or a toy in your hand. Bagel also has a striking coat with bold stripes and cute dots on her tummy, which she proudly shows off when lounging in a sphinx pose. Bagel is a playful, social kitten who loves to chase and wrestle with other cats. She’s happiest in the company of fellow felines and would thrive in a home with one or more playful kitties to bond with. While she’s still a bit shy with people, she’s very curious and will warm up with the help of treats — especially Churu! She’ll happily eat from your hand and she enjoys gentle pets once she feels secure. Our chirpy little girl is fully vetted, with perfect litter box habits. Bagel would be an ideal fit for a patient adopter with a multi-cat household, where she can continue to blossom into the confident, loving companion she’s destined to be.
