Our Mission Statement: Rescue animals from abusive, endangering, and neglectful situations. Stop cat abuse and dog abuse by keeping the public informed of these dangerous situations, the ongoing stray issue in the Four Corners Region, and how to help.Provide necessary veterinary care to these animals.Promote the importance of spaying/neutering animals, as well as other responsible pet care.Place rescue animals in homes through pet fostering and pet adoption.Build and maintain a network of other animal rescue groups.We are headquartered in Upstate New York, but we collaborate with other animal lovers in the Northeast and across the United States.

Meet Dumpling

Dumpling is a young kitten recently taken into our care. She was found alone, and after hearing her cry for hours with no sign of mom, a kind citizen brought her inside to keep warm. At only 3 weeks old, her determination saved her and we are happy to welcome her into our foster family. Dumpling is currently being fostered in Clinton, NY and will be available to go to a forever home on May 18th, however we are accepting applications for her in advance. If interested, please apply to adopt through our website, www.TTRRescue.com or email [email protected] with any questions. 

Adoption Process
Our application includes reference checks and a home visit to ensure responsible adoptions. Upon approval, we have an adoption contract and an adoption fee that covers previous vet care.
