Dynasty is a petite 4-year-old brown tabby who's been blossoming in foster care since January.Since entering our care, Dynasty has come a long way in her confidence journey. There are still things that make her nervous; sudden movements, rushed demeanors, being held too long. But a few months in foster care has helped her come out of her shell. She now excitedly runs across the couch to greet her foster when they come home and is very happy to receive gentle pets. She's also proven that with proper intros, she can tolerate the presence of another cat. Dynasty communicates her boundaries well through body language, and appreciates when they are respected. But don't be fooled, behind this sweet girl's cautious exterior is a heart full of love! She is particular about her preferences— insisting on drinking straight from the faucet (despite having a perfectly good fountain) and only eating dry kibble instead of wet food or snacks.Dynasty loves chasing laser pointers (for exactly seven minutes) and wrestling pompoms with her back feet. If you verbally hype her up, she will roll around excitedly, showing her tummy in delight. She's taken up announcing her presence whenever she enters a room with a single meow, as if politely introducing herself to the furniture! She's often spotted contemplating her reflection in the mirror, perhaps admiring her own progress. This little cat needs a patient home where she can continue her progress from shy tabby to confident companion.
