Our Mission Statement: Rescue animals from abusive, endangering, and neglectful situations. Stop cat abuse and dog abuse by keeping the public informed of these dangerous situations, the ongoing stray issue in the Four Corners Region, and how to help.Provide necessary veterinary care to these animals.Promote the importance of spaying/neutering animals, as well as other responsible pet care.Place rescue animals in homes through pet fostering and pet adoption.Build and maintain a network of other animal rescue groups.We are headquartered in Upstate New York, but we collaborate with other animal lovers in the Northeast and across the United States.

Meet Jo

Jo is a kitten who has previously been part of a large colony in Utica, she does very well with other cats and we believe she would do well in a home with another cat to help her build confidence living indoors. The individual who feeds the colony has recently been struggling with health concerns and reached out to TTRR for help rehoming friendlier members of the colony. Jo enjoys chicken and would accept pets outside, she is still very shy now with the recent transition though and will need a patient person to help her grow.

Adoption Process
Our application includes reference checks and a home visit to ensure responsible adoptions. Upon approval, we have an adoption contract and an adoption fee that covers previous vet care.
