Meet Solomon aka Sol
I am a large orange male that has lived mostly outdoors until I got a bad cold recently. The person feeding me couldn't afford to take me to the vet so they asked SCC for some assistance. SCC agreed but didn't want me to be put back out in the cold, so here I am looking for a new safe place to hang out. I was neutered back when I was younger, I am almost 4 years old now, so I haven't developed any of those nasty "boy" habits. I have also gotten the rest of my medical stuff done - tested for FeLV/FIV (neg), microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for parasites - and I am ready to meet a new family. I haven't been around kids, dogs are questionable (depending on if they like cats), but there were other cats around and we seemed to be okay with each other. My foster mom says I like to have my forehead rubbed and will reach out to get more attention. I would love to have some safe outdoor time - maybe when the weather gets warmer! If you are interested in meeting me, just fill out the adoption application at sccpets.com and my foster mom will set us up!
