DOB 2/16/23Meet Tipsy, a silly boy with a personality as unique as his name. This sweet fellow is known for his cuddly nature and goofy antics, always ready to entertain with his playful spirit. Voted class clown by his foster family, he brings laughter and joy to everyone he meets.

Adoption Process
1. Submit Adoption Application 2. Application is Reviewed By an Adoption Counselor. 3. A Member of our Rescue will Reach out and Discuss Your Application. 4. If Approved a Meet and Greet will Be Scheduled with the cat (s) you are interested in. 5. The Adoption Will be Finalized After the Meet if it is a Good Fit for Both Parties.
