Reva here! I’m a Hurricane Helene survivor from Asheville. I have raised my 4 baby girl kittens and am looking to be pampered. I’ve been through a lot so it might take me a little while to warm up. Adoption Process
We have an application that must be filled out including a vet reference and non-relative references. A 24 hour hold on the application allows the ARC volunteer to call references and follow up with any questions for the potential adopter. A home visit may be scheduled at this point. If the person is approved, they must sign a contract. An adoption fee is required, however this may be waived in special circumstances. If for any reason in the future they can no longer take care of the pet, the animal must be returned to ARC.
