Meet Velvet

From Velvet's foster mom: "Meet Velvet! (formerly named Reese's Pieces) He is a 5-month-old (as of the end of November) little American short-hair brown tabby. I’ve named him Velvet because he is the softest kitty I have ever fostered. He feels like you are stroking velvet. Also, every time I pick him up he boops my nose with his nose giving me little velvet kisses as he purrs away. He is very athletic, jumping and twisting in the air to grab the string toy. Velvet is the best cuddler and lap cat. He sleeps right up next to me every night. And when my alarm goes off, he comes up to my chest and rubs his head on mine nuzzling into my neck. Such a wonderful little boy. I believe Velvet will be on the smaller side for a kitty; he is a petite little thing with a huge heart. He is ready to play and cuddle with his forever family." Adoption Process
Application form, phone or personal interview, home visit, vet and personal references, adoption fee $125 dogs / $85 cats. Contract specifying that animals must be primarily indoor pets, dogs leashed or fenced; no declawing of cats, and that they cannot be passed on to others but must be returned to SARG if given up for any reason.
