Meet CHUNKY MONKEY (Neutered!)

CHUNKY MONKEY is a friendly and happy brown tabby male cat. He is already neutered and he had an intake weight of a whopping 20 pounds! He was surrendered in late February 2025 and is available for immediate adoption because he is already neutered! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking a super large cat carrier with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt CHUNKY or one of the other spayed or neutered cats currently at the shelter. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!

Adoption Process
Adoption contract, Adoption fee of $50 per cat and $80 per dog set by county commission and subject to change, drivers license and cash or check only. The adoption fees currently cover most, but not all, of the spay/neuter cost incurred by the county.
