Meet LEONA (Spayed!)

Yes, she is an older adult cat with an estimated age of at least 10 years. And, yes, she does require wet food only as she has no remaining teeth! But isn’t she pretty? And she is oh, so sweet! Her needs are few and simple and she is still happy and looking for a home. So, LEONA would like to reach out to you and ask you if you would like to meet her in person! If so, serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking an adult size cat carrier with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt LEONA or one of the other spayed or neutered cats currently at the shelter. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!

Adoption Process
Adoption contract, Adoption fee of $50 per cat and $80 per dog set by county commission and subject to change, drivers license and cash or check only. The adoption fees currently cover most, but not all, of the spay/neuter cost incurred by the county.
