DOB 8/30/22 Meow! Meow, everyone! I’m sweet Simon, an outgoing, friendly, and handsome silver Classic tabby fella with big jade-green eyes and marble swirls instead of mackerel stripes on my sides. I love everyone, including the people, two cats, and dog in my foster home, but I especially enjoy cuddling with my foster hooman family members. True confessions: I can be a little feisty when I meet visitors, but I warm up quickly. I’m no couch potato. No siree! I’m a typical active kitten who enjoys playing with my toys as well as tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with my feline buddies. When I want a little time to myself, I find a patch of sun on the windowsill so I can either nap or watch the birds and squirrels. When Houston had the hard freeze in January, I was someone's five-month-old pet kitten who had somehow gotten lost outside. I was desperately cold! When I saw my future foster meowmy, who happened to be jogging through the Town & Country City Centre, I came up to her and practically jumped into her arms as if to say, “Please rescue me!” Fortunately she’s a kind-hearted animal lover, and she brought me to her warm home, where I was greeted by her fur family of three. I’m happily situated in my foster home, but I realize that it’s in my best interests to have a forever home where I don’t have to share my hooman attention with as many other animals. Since I’m so well socialized, there should be lots of households where I’d fit like a glove. So I’m inviting you to arrange to meet me so that we can play the childhood game Simon Says. This Simon will say, “Adopt me!” I guarantee that you will eagerly comply and thereby make me a great addition to your family.
