Meet Lucia

Lucia is a sweet little Tortie that was found in a wrecked car with her siblings!  The fire department was called out when a collision shop kept hearing meowing in a wrecked car. Lucia and her two sisters had to be bottle fed since they were only about 3 days old and we had no idea where mama was.  As a result, she is very sweet and used to handling and will make an amazing pet.  She is the most affectionate of the three and loves to be kissed and snuggled.  She will watch you through the day, hoping that you will come give her some love and attention.  Please consider making her a part of your family!  And if you are looking for two (or three) kittens, she has two sisters (also Torties) for adoption as well, so look at Alana and Maddie.

Adoption Process
1. A potential adopter must complete an adoption application (http://www.asvtexas.org/adoption-application.html) 2. The adoption application is reviewed and approved by an ASVT board member. Additional information may be requested. 3. Approved adoption applications are forwarded to the animal's foster, who will contact the potential adopter to arrange a meet and greet. 4. If an adoption is arranged, an adoption contract will be completed. 5. The adoption fee for dogs is $150 and up, $50-$125 for cats, which includes the animal's spay/neuter surgery, a microchip and all core vaccinations, including rabies.
