**Introducing Sebastian!** Sebastian is an affectionate and cuddly boy who absolutely adores being brushed and treated to freeze-dried chicken snacks. He loves being around people and thrives on their attention. However, he can become stressed around other cats, so he’d do best in a calm environment. With the right companion—one who is patient and respectful—he could flourish. Sebastian is littermates with Savannah; while they aren’t bonded, they would make a lovely pair if adopted together. If you’re looking for a sweet and gentle companion, Sebastian is ready to fill your home with love!

Adoption Process
(1) OPA's adoption application and adoption contract must be completed. (2) OPA will review the application and contact you. (3) We will arrange for you to meet the pet. (4) Once approved, we reserve the right to conduct a home visit. (5) The adoption fees are as follows: Dogs: $160 each - includes being current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and heartworm tested (adults). Pet Cats: $80 each - includes being current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed, FIV/FeLk tested. Pet Cats (micro-chipped): $100 each - includes being current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed, FIV/FeLk tested,micro-chipped. Texas Barn Cats: $50 each - includes spayed/neutered, ear tipping, and 1 year rabies.
