Meet Dibs

Dibs was born August 29, 2024, into a litter of four. Dibs is a small boy compared to the rest of his brothers, and due to this, was a little bit more shy as a baby. He would follow along in his mom and brothers footsteps, but only after remaining a safe distance away to see for himself if it seemed safe to do so.Despite this, Dibs quickly developed a bit of a feisty streak. While calm, gentle, and demure the majority of the time, Dibs turns into a bolt of lightning when getting into areas he is not supposed to go. His absolute favorite place is the bathroom – he thinks the glass to the shower door is fascinating and will often dart into the room just to sit in front of the shower and stare at it. When the shower is being used, he loves to sit on the toilet and watch as the water runs.Another little feisty streak comes out when Q-tips are involved. He thinks that they are both a toy and a snack and will do his best to get to them wherever he can - the cabinet, the counter, the trash… Dibs is not fussy as to where he gets them.Dibs is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and litter box trained. He would do best in a home with another feline friend to hang out with. He has been around other cats, dogs, and children and while he is not the greatest fan, would not be opposed to sharing his home with them as long as they are respectful of his boundaries, space, and occasional shyness. He would do well in a low to medium-energy home where his person can make sure he does not run through any doors or get into any cupboards he shouldnt.
