Meet Morris
Meet Morris! A 12ish lb, 2 year old tri-pod. He is strikingly handsome, extremely affectionate, and a super cool 3 legged kitty boy! Morris loves to get love, be around his people, snuggle, get scratches, and more snuggles from his people. Morris is just a little bit nervous and takes a minute to adjust to his environment, but once comfortable in a calm household, he will meander about and seek out his people. Morris was likely hit by a car, and as a result of a rear leg injury, required amputation. This sweet boy never let on that he was different abled and has continued to jump, climb and move about with ease. Morris likes to call out to his people, and when you reply, he will return another "Meow!". Morris enjoys the quiet, cool, and private retreat of the empty, front loading washing machine, a cozy laundry basket, and to initially observe his environment from a small secure place. He is SO FRIENDLY however, and if you seek him out, call and kiss to him, he will come out from his hiding space to talk to you and get affection. Morris LOVES affection, to be petted, scratched, kissed and loved on. He isn't too demanding, but will always soak up any affection given to him. This handsome hunk is great about using his scratching pad and religiously uses his litterbox to do his business. Morris' current foster home has other cats, 4 dogs, and teenagers- this is a bit much for him. He does fine, but would prefer a much more quiet and calm environment. He doesn't interact much with the other pets, so he would also be fine ( and may enjoy) being the only cat, however he is also fine with the other pets- so either way is fine for him! His adoption fee is just $65! To be considered, please apply online at caws.org. Thanks!
