Fred is over the top friendly, All he wants is wet food and love. Found on the streets of vernal he is all ready for a much needed pampered life indoors - with plenty of pets and food. He does get along with other cats, and uses his litter box like a champ. He is all ready for a home of his own. Fred is living in a foster home in Vernal. Our fosters there are happy to work with applicants in the Salt Lake Valley to set up meet and greets.
