Meet Amber

Amber was considered grumpy in her previous home and boy was she ever even after switching homes. However, a vet visit showed that Grumpy Amber was in a lot of pain due to some calcified discs in her back. After a pain injection and some crate rest, Grumpy Amber is a whole new cat. We wouldn't say she isn't grumpy at all, because as a cat she prefers things her way at her pace. However, she is able to enjoy her pets now without any pain, tolerates being held and picked up, and even allows a kiss on the head or two. Amber would love to find a home with no dogs, cats are allowed, and an owner that understands she wants to be loved at given attention at all times of the day. We do think she will eventually get enough love and leave you alone, but it is hard to say when that may be outside of dinner time. Amber LOVES her food. Do you have room for a sweet older kitty?

Adoption Process
We require references on our adoption application. Once approved we must obtain a signature on our adoption contract. General adoption fee: $150 (exceptions can be made)
