Cause 4 Paws

We operate in a rural county in Virginia, where numerous community and feral cat colonies exist. The populations are managed through natural means such as starvation, disease, and predation by both humans and animals. Our mission is to assist homeless, abused, and unwanted cats and kittens by offering foster care, socialization, veterinary services, and adoption opportunities. We may collaborate with other animal welfare organizations to better meet the needs of the cats we rescue. As a small, home-based organization, we provide care for cats and kittens in foster homes. All contributions are directed towards the care of our feline residents. Our aim is to respond to all rescue requests. We ensure comprehensive veterinary care, which includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, FeLV/FIV testing, and regular preventive treatments for fleas, ear mites, roundworms, hookworms, and heartworms, as well as microchipping and facilitating adoptions. We successfully achieve over 250 adoptions annually. To see some of our adoptable cats and kittens, please visit VA805.PetFinder.org. Our commitment stems from a deep sense of compassion for the suffering and inhumanity faced by these animals, as well as a desire to support those who care for feral colonies but lack the necessary financial means.
