I was still hanging around the house I used to live in when the new people arrived. They realized I probably used to live there since I was always on the porch so they started feeding me. I ended up getting pregnant (a hazard of living outside and not being spayed), so they took me and my new babies into their garage. After my kittens were weaned, they got me spayed and a rabies shot but couldn't keep me so they contacted SCC. I am now in a new foster home where I am warm and have food and water all the time and I am really settling in well. I have a favorite toy and a small blanket I get to keep with me when I go to my new furever home. I really haven't been around dogs or kids that anyone is aware of, and I am kind of picky about other kitties I hang with, so please give me some time to adjust if you have those! I have been tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV (like AIDS in people)-both were negative, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for parasites (if I still had any). I am only about 2 years old per the vet's best guess and have a beautiful classic tabby (bullseye pattern) black and gray tabby short-hair coat with some brown highlights. If you're looking for a young female that would like a fresh start to being your companion, ask to do a meet and greet with me and my foster will set it up!
