Meet Jack - Orange Tabby
Meet Jack! Jack is a wild and sweet little guy. He loves wrestling, running, and playing with his siblings (including Binx), and is also happy to cuddle up with them for resting and to let them bathe him. He likes to involve his human friends in play as well, and is highly likely to climb a pant leg or up a back. He also likes to play with toys with his human friends, as well as play on a lap. He's developed a loud purr that he shows off when getting attention, and he likes to sleep in a lap or curled up with his siblings. He was named after a jack-o'-lantern, and he has quite the bright light and seems to often wear a smile. He's doing very well with his litter box training and consistently uses the box. He's into a lot of play with siblings, so he'll need to either be with Binx or another cat who is receptive to that. Also very typical kitten in regard to high energy levels, will bite and scratch things (we're working on using a scratching post), will climb things, etc. Jack is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. His adoption fee is $125 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PLACE SINGLE KITTENS. Kittens should be adopted in pairs unless a cat is already present in the home.
Adoption Process
We pull dogs from kill shelters and place them with fosters or trial adopters. All adoptions have 2 week trial. Adoption donation is made after trial period and certificate of ownership is issued. We also bring animals from owner surrenders into our organization so that they never enter the shelter system. We check references for all applicants and complete home checks. A great deal of our dogs are transported from CA to Seattle once we have found a foster or trial for them.
