About
Meet Salem
Salem is a handsome and loving 7 month old boy. Salem is such a sweet boy. Salem likes to follow his current foster mom around wherever she goes and sleeps on the bed in the evening. Salem is quite chill for being in his teenage cat stage. He mostly wants to play, sleep, eat, repeat. If you are working from home, he will find a good spot nearby to sleep and be close to you. While he loves a variety of toys, his favorites right now are wands with strings or ribbons. He loves to attack and then drag them off. He is also treat motivated and loves a good mid day snack. Salem loves treats so much that if you leave the bag out, he will take it and run to a secret spot so he can try to eat them all! Salem does great with other cats and would likely do fine with chill dogs after a proper introduction period. All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Young cats have an adoption fee of $175 or $262.50 for a bonded pair. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
