Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals.We have a monthly pet pantry, provide temporary fostering for emergency situations, have a Senior pets for Seniors program, and more.

Meet Misty, an 8-week-old bundle of joy who’s equal parts play and snuggles! This little guy has a ton of energy and loves doing morning zoomies to kick off the day. His favorite toys are crinkly balls and, of course, the laser pointer—he’ll chase that red dot to no end! Misty grew up with his siblings and other cats, so he’s great around feline friends. After playtime, he’s all about cozying up next to you, purring his little heart out. If you’re looking for a kitty who’ll keep you entertained and melt your heart, Misty’s your guy!
