Meet Jake

Jake has the biggest heart! He is a great cat, that really wants to show you how much love he can give you. He loves to be pet, in fact, if you let him he will sit on your lap for hours. Jake gets a little upset when other cats interrupt "Jake time", as he really wants to badly to have you all to himself. We do think Jake is okay with other cats, as he came in and lived with Gizmo, he seems to be just a little overwhelmed by the larger number of cats in the building. We also have to remember when cats are surrendered they have to work through the hurt and confusion of losing the home and life they knew. Jake is working on it. He is 100% into people, he LOVES everyone, it is furr friends he is still working on. Jake is adorable and is so deserving of a forever family. Please take the time to meet him if you are looking for a BFF as Jake is up for the role!  Jake was surrendered recently (with Gizmo) because his owner could no longer provide care for them.  They both really needed baths, a little TLC, and some time to decompress. Upon submission of an application, references are checked and a home visit may be conducted. Adoption fees vary and are included in each pet's description.
