Meet Wolverine
Meet Wolverine – A Gentle Giant with a Heart of Gold! Wolverine may have a tough-guy name, but beneath that, he’s a big, soft-hearted sweetheart! This fluffy boy has a striking long black and white coat, mesmerizing yellow-green eyes, and a soul as beautiful as his appearance. While he may be shy at first, deep down, he’s a total lovebug, just waiting for the right home to help him blossom.Wolverine thrives on feline friendship and would do best in a home with other cats. He loves to play and cuddle with his feline companions—they help him feel safe, especially in new environments. When it comes to humans, he’s making great progress in learning to trust. Once he feels comfortable, his affectionate side shines through! This gentle giant would do best in a calm, peaceful home with patient humans who will let him adjust at his own pace. He’s not a fit for young or rowdy kids, but he’d do well with older, respectful children who understand his need for gentle interactions.Wolverine is currently healing from a bacterial infection on his back that caused some fur loss, but he’s well on his way to recovery! Once his luxurious coat grows back fully, he’s going to be absolutely stunning. Even now, his presence is that of a handsome, statuesque gentleman who brings a quiet elegance to any home. When he’s not lounging like the regal feline he is, Wolverine enjoys kitten-watching, chirping along to his favorite tunes, and curling up on the couch for a good TV binge (Gilmore Girls, anyone?). He’s a total social butterfly with other cats, effortlessly navigating different feline personalities. He loves playing and snuggling with his foster brother but also knows how to give his foster sister the space she needs. Playful but never too wild, he enjoys quiet fun and cozy companionship. With patience, love, and a loyal feline friend by his side, Wolverine will make an incredible addition to a lucky home. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion!
Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.
In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:Â
https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic
Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Â Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.
Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.
Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.

We have streamlined our adoption process to make it easy!  Everything from the application, to payment, to the contract is online.  Additionally, all of the cats records will be placed in your free Petlovers account at petstablished.com to keep organized.
