Meet Cassiopeia - No Longer Accepting Applications

Cassiopeia is a cuddly, talkative, two-year-old girl looking for someone to be her best friend and give her a forever home! A huge fan of people, Cassie prefers to spend as much time in someone's lap as possible. In foster care, she has also learned how to live together with other cats and is practicing hanging out with them and playing with them. She absolutely adores chewing and playing with her silvervine sticks. Cassiopeia can also be mellow and relaxed and enjoys having a good conversation with her humans. This sweet girl is pretty chill but can also be playful and bossy in a fun way. She is fastidious and has perfect litter box habits. Cassiopeia currently lives in a foster home (apartment) with one adult human, four cats, and a dog. She would do best with a cat-savvy person who is around frequently, wants to give her a lot of attention, and is ready to receive a lot of love back. This beautiful gal does well with respectful dogs but will stand her ground if she feels they aren’t respecting her personal space. Cassie was a bit hesitant about other cats when she came into foster care but has since learned to enjoy the company of her kitty friends. However, if Cassiopeia goes to a home with other cats, it would be best if her humans are experienced cat parents and can keep an eye on her. She has come a long way in foster care, but she does get overstimulated if other cats are vocal when they wrestle or if they get into a spat. A natural peacekeeper, Cassie will swat at the ""offending"" cat to calm things down. Her foster mom can give you a lot more info and is happy to partner with you as you integrate this special lady into your home. Ultimately, she shows a ton of potential to have a meaningful and loving relationship with another cat, especially if they have a very easygoing, unflappable temperament.
