Meet Jung, a unicorn cat who prefers the company of dogs to cats! Have you been thinking of adding a feline member to your (cat-friendly) canine household? Whether consciously or unconsciously considering giving a forever home to a new furry friend, you need look no further than Miss Jung. Jung is a playful young cat who will show you her most impressive acrobatic skills, bouncing from your couch to the shelves and maybe even to the top of your fridge!Jung’s ideal home would have a cat-friendly dog, as she may think she’s part dog but either way, she sure does belong in a pack. She could go to a home with older children; she loves them! Other cats, however, are a different story. She is friendly and outgoing. She can entertain herself, but would really be happiest in a more active, cat-free household, where she can be small spoon to the dog when they’re done wrestling over who gets the big dog bed. Jung likes to give herself a spa day and a steam room treatment while you’re in the shower. Once she’s had her treatment, she’ll be content to snuggle up on your lap to cuddle with you. But when we say cuddle, we mean that only. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue.  We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level.  This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:  https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day.  Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet.  We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier.  If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day.  If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home.  We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.  We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
