Meet Anse
Anse is a beautiful 8-month-old boy, looking for his forever home! This lovely and well-behaved tabby kitten has lots of love to give. He is reserved at first and will need extra time to become comfortable with new surroundings and friends, but his curiosity gets the better of him—if his littermate is playing or enjoying a treat, he will slowly come out of hiding to make sure he's not missing out on something. Anse loves to survey the situation from a hiding spot before coming out to join the fun. Whether it's under a bed or inside the cat tree, he enjoys his time alone, but the need for love always wins out. He loves a spot in the sun and a view of the outdoors. He also likes to snuggle up to a stuffed animal for comfort! Anse has the energy of a young cat—well-balanced between occasional bursts of play and mellow moments in the sun. His foster home has two adults and two older children. He arrived with his two littermates, Alivia and Lambrini, and due to their overall shyness, they have been living separately from the resident cats. This handsome fellow’s ideal home would be with one or both of his littermates, or with a friendly young resident cat to show him the ropes. He would likely do better with older children or those that are willing to be patient while he becomes accustomed to a new place and new family. Anse hasn’t met any dogs yet. If you’re ready for a loving, quiet presence in your life, please consider inviting Anse (and maybe Alivia and/or Lambrini too?) into your family!
