His polite and easygoing nature makes him an absolute joy to have around.Ebony is such a good natured and easy-going little guy, he will do well in any home environment, as long as there is plenty of love to go around! He loves romping around with other cats and would thrive in a home with plenty of people and animals around to socialize with. Since he’s still young, he must be adopted into a home with another kitty companion to keep him company and help him burn off that kitten energy.Ebony is a very sweet, chill kitty…but don’t let his calm energy fool you—Ebony still has plenty of kitten spirit! When it’s playtime, he’s all in, chasing after lasers, batting at sparkle balls, and leaping for feather wands with the best of them. He loves to play and will entertain you with his adorable antics!Ebony warms up to people quickly and we’re sure his personality will continue to blossom in a loving home. He enjoys being around people, even if he’s not always in the middle of the action. He’s affectionate in a subtle way—he may not demand attention, but he’ll quietly curl up next to you, purr softly when you pet him, and occasionally surprise you by hopping into your lap for snuggles. His foster family adores his calm energy, sweet personality, and gentle trusting nature, and they know he’ll bring so much joy to his future family!Not only is he a sweetheart, but he is stunning—his sleek black coat is soft and full, with a little white patch that makes him look extra dapper. And watch out—his superpower is stealth! He has a habit of sneaking up on people and suddenly appearing out of nowhere. He also loves finding black blankets or furniture to nap on, so be careful where you sit!Ebony is a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a peaceful, loving, and easygoing cat. Adoption Process
Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines, a division of Fortunate Pooches and Lab Rescue.  We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion! Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent.  We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level.  This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here:  https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11683/generic Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue.  Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day.  Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet.  We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier.  If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day.  If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $3 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home.  We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.  We are able to accept cash, check, paypal, or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
