Meet Tootsie

Tootsie is an appropriately 6 year old 14 lb Beautiful Pomeranian. She found her way to us when her elderly mom could no longer care for her. Tootsie is a shy but oh so sweet girl who loves attention from all humans. Tootsie has long beautiful blonde hair and loves nothing more than to be a lap dog in a quiet home. Her long luscious locks will require regular brushing and grooming to avoid any matting. Tootsie will do just fine in an apartment or being taken out for small strolls as she prefers the air conditioning and a comfy couch. A true diva. Tootsie is fully potty trained, not a typical barker like most small dogs and gets along fine with other animals. She does prefers to be in their presence instead of engaging in play. Tootsie is a special girl that does have a condition which is common in small dogs which is called collapsing trachea that makes her cough, but it doesn’t affect the way she eats or drinks. When she does have a cough attack she is on a very inexpensive medication that she takes like a champ and it calms the cough. Due to this condition she must be walked in a harness only. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. Adoption Process
Completion of adoption application followed by online and telephone screening. Home visit and signing of a contract which states animals will be a indoor family pet.
