The dogs have been rescued and are finding loving homes. Now it’s Bert and Ernie’s turn! Ernie is the older of the two, he is around 3 years old. He appears to be some kind of Yorkie mix and may have some miniature schnauzer in him as well. Ernie is the more mellow of the two boys, he is a cuddle bug. He just loves to single with his person. Ernie is gentle and sweet and has no signs of any kind of aggression, he is just a loving boy who would be a wonderful family member Ernie has had his vaccinations and has been neutered. Both Bert and Ernie are coming up to the northeast on Friday, December 20 ready to find loving families of their own, hopefully for the holidays! Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use.
