Meet Duncan - NEW
Meet Duncan – The goodest Big Boy with a Goofy Side Male, Great Pyrenees Mix, 60 pounds, Birthday 3/17/23 Duncan is a stunning Great Pyrenees mix who checks all the boxes: he’s smart, sweet, and just the right amount of quirky. Found by a vet at one of our partner clinics, Duncan is now on the lookout for a home that appreciates his unique mix of charm and loyalty. A Few Things to Know About Duncan Toy Enthusiast: Duncan’s love of toys is legendary. Balls, squeakers, chew toys—he’s not picky, and he’ll keep you entertained with his playful antics. Lap Dog Aspirations: Yes, he’s a big guy, but that doesn’t stop him from thinking he belongs right in your lap. His cuddles are top-tier. Great Pyrenees Traits in Action: True to his breed, Duncan is protective but gentle, smart but independent. He keeps watch over his loved ones and takes his role as “household guardian” very seriously—when he’s not napping, of course. Well-Mannered: Duncan is leash trained and crate trained, making him easy to have around. He knows how to be a gentleman! Cuddle Bug: Big dogs can be lap dogs, too! Duncan adores being close to his people and will gladly settle in for some snuggles. What Life with Duncan Looks Like Picture this: Duncan lounging in the yard, looking majestic as ever while secretly hoping you’ll throw a toy his way. Later, he’ll settle at your feet (or on your lap, if he has his way) and remind you why big dogs are the best. He’s a mix of calm, goofy, and loyal, with a little bit of stubborn independence for flavor. If you’re ready to welcome a smart, sweet, and slightly silly companion into your life, Duncan is ready to meet you!
