We are Helping Shepherds of Every Color. We do not discriminate against white or other non acceptable GSD colors. We saw a need to help out GSDs, there are so many out there so we jumped in to help. Also since so many GSDs I have helped in the past were from the Humane Society of Elmore County, we can jokingly be referred to as Helping Shepherds of Elmore County

 All of our dogs are housed in private homes, we do not have a store or a shelter.  We do not show dogs to interested parties until they have an approved adoption application.  If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please fill out an adoption application on our website www.helpingshepherdsofeverycolor.com/adoption-application  You may also find us on facebook:  Helping Shepherds of Every Color Rescue. Hi, Sadie here!  I'm a mature lady of the canine persuasion.  I love a big comfy bed.  If you have cats or other dogs, I'm cool with that but I might boss those boy dogs around, ya know, sometimes they just need that.  I am finishing up my Heartworm treatment soon and then I can move in with you.  Are you ready?  Maybe we can just have an all girl's club because sometimes I like to hang out with the ladies.        

Adoption Process
Adotpion application, reference and vet reference check, home visit, adoption contract, adoption fee (amount varies depending on the animal).
