Meet Sebastian

Like a loaf of the best bread, Sebastian will provide comfort on the dreariest of days. Or any day, really. Sebastian is big on comfort. From his 60 pound loaf-shape, to his puppy-dog eyes, to his lean-against-your-leg brilliance, Sebastian has spent his 9 years honing himself into the ideal companion. Sebastian's best life includes leisurely strolls, quality time in a snuggly bed, goofing with a favorite toy (preferably while lying in that bed, aka 'lazy play'), and supervising all your kitchen chores (clean-up duty offered at no charge!). His round shape is just right for cuddling. He's also good at letting you know just how much head scratching he wants (More. It's always 'more.'). Having come from a hoarding situation, he is chill with other dogs of various sizes but fancies himself a ladies man and clicks most readily with the girls. Cats are just 'eh' for him. ~  Est DOB: Apr 2013~  Intake weight:  60#  ~  Adoption details/application:  calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.html

Adoption Process
Adoption fees are $90.00 for dogs and $80.00 for cats. This helps defray the medical and boarding costs. The adoption fee for dogs includes a full exam, vaccinations (DA2PLP+CV, Bordatella, Rabies) spaying/neutering, heartworm check, deworming, heartworm prevention, flea preventative, and in some cases, a skin scrape. The adoption fee for cats includes a full exam (feleck/FIV tested, FVRCP), spaying/ neutering, rabies, deworming, and flea preventative. If you wish to adopt a pet you will need to fill out an adoption application. You can either pick one up at the shelter or email the shelter to request an application be emailed to you.
