Gwen is a very sweet and gentle girl. She has been on her best behavior during her time in the shelter and could literally be the definition of good girl! Gwen has done great with meeting new people and is always happy to be loved on. She did come to us as a stray so much is unknown about her background. Gwen does appear to be potty trained and keeps her space nice and clean! We suspect that she may be crate trained as well due to how relaxed she is in her kennel. Additionally, Gwen walks great on a leash and knows the cue âsitâ. She arrived to the shelter with her friend Peter and we actually believe they may be siblings due to the uncanny resemblance! Gwen has been friendly towards other dogs in the shelter and may enjoy a friend. We can always provide a dog meet and greet prior to adopting if needed! Gwen appreciates the simple things in life like a cozy bed and slow strolls. Though she has been a pretty mellow girlie she will still appreciate regular exercise! Gwen is absolutely perfect. Of course, introductions to new friends should be taken slowly but we anticipate her being a great addition to most families. If you feel that your home would be a good fit for Gwen, we encourage you to come by and meet her!
