Oslo (A137637) is a 4-year and 6-month-old GSD mix who weighed 68.1 pounds on intake! 02/26/25 This excitable pup is Oslo! Oslo was surrendered due to no fault of his own. He was said to be a very good boy who is looking for an active home environment. Oslo was known to be a barker, especially when meeting new people and other dogs. However, once introductions were made, he was said to do well with others. Oslo was said to really enjoy chasing after toys and his owner did note that he is very interested in squirrels when outdoors. He has no history with cats or pocket pets, but with his high interest in squirrels, he may do best in a home without small animals. Oslo was also described as having a rough style of play and does not always understand his size. He was known to jump up on people and would benefit from attending a basic obedience class with a certified trainer. Because of his strength we do think he might do best in a home without small children to avoid any accidental injuries. Oslo was said to be housebroken but was known to mark. His prior owner noted that he is very private when it came to doing his business and liked to hide in the woods. If you are interested in meeting Oslo, please let us know!
