Meet Onyx

Meet Onyx, a playful and spirited foster puppy who's like having a little toddler in the house!    We currently have a really really volunteer great Foster who is going out of town over Christmas break if anyone could help and keep on track with the manners they have been reinforcing!    She's curious, clever, and full of personality. If you tell her she can't have something, she'll playfully grab it and dash away, looking back to see if you'll chase her.   Onyx isn't overly hyper but thrives on entertainment and playtime. She naps when the other dogs nap and happily joins in their games when they're ready to play. She's vocal and expressive-sometimes it sounds like she's trying to "talk." While she's still learning manners and working on potty training, she's already crate trained and showing great progress. She's gentle with cats, dogs, and people-especially her foster dad, whom she adores.     Although she had some initial nervousness (like snapping during her first few days), she's not aggressive, just a little untrained and learning the ropes. At night, if she skips a nap, she can get a bit cranky, but with structure and patience, she's shaping up to be a wonderful companion. If you're ready for a sweet, sassy, and fun-loving pup, Onyx could be your perfect match!
