ArkanPaws Animal Rescue

Arkanpaws Animal Rescue is a group of volunteers who are passionate about helping homeless animals through rescuing, fostering, vetting, and rehabilitating, and then finally finding them loving “fur-ever” homes. We’re located in central Arkansas, however, transport is available to most states. We arrange transport for dogs adopted into homes in New England every week. Most of our animals currently reside in foster homes in the central Arkansas area.ArkanPaws is committed to building a community of devoted pet families and helping facilitate greater networking and services for pet owners. We want to educate people about why it is so important to spay and neuter animals as a solution to ending the huge problem of pet overpopulation. Too many beautiful, healthy, adoptable pets are dying needlessly every day as a result of that overpopulation. We are developing a network of volunteer and foster families, and helping to spread the word about spay/neuter discount programs available, and other pet related information.Knowledge is power, and the power to evoke a positive change in the community is a beautiful thing indeed!ArkanPaws Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) all-breed rescue, non-profit organization as of 12/12/13. Your donations are tax deductible. We are in good standing with the Secretary of State’s office, and are a registered charity filed with the Arkansas Attorney General’s office.

Found as a stray in a rural area in Arkansas with his littermates, Ricky is now on the lookout for a forever family to call his own. His personality is one of gratitude! He enjoys the love and attention that he gets from the volunteers and is sweet and affectionate in return. With a loving family, his personality witll blossom even more.  Ideal Home:This sweet boy is well-mannered and perfectly at ease in a house. Ricky gets along effortlessly with other dogs, making him an excellent companion for households with existing furry friends. His gentle and easy-going nature is sure to bring joy to any home.  Active and Intelligent:Ricky loves outdoor adventures and is quite active. He's an intelligent pup, highly trainable and eager to learn. Despite his past as a stray, Ricky's happy-go-lucky attitude shines through, making every day a new opportunity for fun and love. Transportation Information:The adoption fee of $350 covers the cost of Ricky's transportation from Arkansas to New England, ensuring that distance doesn't hinder him from finding his forever family. For local adopters in Arkansas his adoption fee is $175. Fully Vetted and Crate Trained:Rest assured, Ricky is fully vetted, microchipped, and neutered.
