Ozark Homeward Bound

Ozark Homeward Bound is a non-profit organization created in June 2010 to address the abandoned and neglected dogs and cats in north central Arkansas. We do not have a shelter, but depend on foster volunteers to care for our dogs and cats while they await adoption. OHB will spay/neuter each cat or dog, give them all age-appropriate vaccinations and treat them for parasites before they leave for their fur-ever homes.We do require an adoption application with references to insure the best homes for our fur kids. Close attention is given to matching the needs of a pet to the adoptive family. Not all who apply are approved.Donations are always needed, and always appreciated. We also accept Honorarium and Memorial contributions.

Meet Nala

Nala is a very sweet and loving dog. She turned 8 months on January 21st and only 35 pounds. She is part German Shepherd and Red Healer. She is potty trained. She is good with cats, small children, and loves playing with other dogs. She also loves to play catch. This dog is located in Harrison, Arkansas with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue. Please don’t let this be a deterrent, you can call and ask all your questions about her. Please include your phone number with any inquiry. The transport to your location is provided through the rescue network.
