Meet Sundance

10/27 Still available! 8/6/24 Sundance. He and his brother Butch (who is adopted) were surrendered to a shelter when their owners divorced. They were unfortunately on the euthanasia list. How anyone can surrender their two senior dogs to a shelter is mind blowing, but we'll just be happy we were able to pull them from the shelter and find them homes!  The shelter said Sundance was about 9 years but we suspect more like 10-12 years old. He was in rough shape at the shelter and had to be shaved down because he was so matted. He is a low key boy and doesn't ask for much. He is good with other dogs as well as cats. He's about 70 pounds and we believe is a Chow mix. He has some arthritis and is on Glucosamine and Meloxicam for that. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Let's find Sundance a home with a nice, comfy orthopedic bed and all the love in the world to live out his senior days! located in Arkansas, but transport is available.
