Cindy Lou (A200316) is a sweet ~ 8 month old dog looking for her forever home at Yolo County Animal Services. Cindy Lou weighs 40lbs.

Adoption Process
Adopters fill out a 2-page questionnaire, interview with a staff person, and pay the adoption fee. We are in the process of transitioning to "open adoptions" with few formalized requirements. The full adoption fees are approximately $160 for dogs and $110 for cats, but we have regular 'specials'.
