Meet EC3-Carter

Forever home wanted, meet Carter. Carter and his two siblings were found dumped and starving in a rural area. Fortunately, they were found before they starved to death or were prey to predators. When we were asked to help them, the answer was a resounding yes and made possible because a foster stepped up to take them in. Carter is very comfortable in his foster home, putting on some weight and learning what it's like to be loved. Carter is the biggest of the three and very sweet. He loves to wrestle and play. He's a very good boy that already sleeps through the night. Not sure if it's because he's bigger, but he definitely takes on the big brother role with his siblings.  Since Carter is new to the rescue, we're still getting to know his personality.
